Cutomer Care Advocates (CCA)

To get staff fully trained on your software, platforms, and process we either need someone from your company to train staff or the account manager so that they can have the staff trained.

You can choose to independently manage the staff and conduct interviews, provide coaching sessions, etc. Or you can leave it to us to complete that for you.

For teams over 20 we include a Supervisor at no additional cost, for teams 5 to 19 a Lead is provided at no additional cost.

Also for teams 20+ a 10% buffer is provided to ensure adequate coverage is available at all times.

A buffer is additional staff not paid for by you that are trained and ready to go in the even staff is not able to come to work due to vacation, sick, or other leave.
